I’m Carol, a Numerologist, Frequency Healer and Spiritual Mentor
My journey began with a deep desire to heal and support others, inspired by personal experiences that taught me the importance of Faith, Integrity, and Connection. Through unique healing modalities and personalised guidance, I empower clients to break free from old patterns and step into their highest potential.
For over 30 years, I worked as a careers adviser, counsellor, and learning centre manager, supporting individuals from all walks of life. While I found immense value in helping people navigate challenges, I grew increasingly disheartened by rigid systems that didn’t honour the uniqueness of each person.
The turning point came when my son became seriously unwell. As a highly sensitive individual his condition rapidly deteriorated, leading to a long and challenging hospital stay. Watching him endure this journey was profoundly stressful, and it gave me a deep clarity about what truly matters in life. The systems and structures I had worked within for so long felt inadequate in addressing the human need for connection, understanding, and healing.
When I returned to work after his recovery, I felt a deep disconnect from my role. I realised that I wanted to create something different – something deeply personal and transformative. I left my position to follow my calling, combining my extensive experience in guidance with my growing knowledge of healing modalities. My company My Inner Self was born out of a desire to help people find peace, purpose, and empowerment in their lives.

Above all, I believe that every individual has the power to heal and create a life filled with joy, purpose, and connection. My role is to help you uncover that power and walk beside you on your journey.
