This young father tore his Achilles tendon and has been wearing an SLC in equinus position for a long time. When he arrives at the hospital on his crutches, he is wearing a black sports sock over his casted foot. We can clearly see the shape of the toes through the sock.

He crutches from registration to the waiting area. We sit next to him and can take a long look at the socked cast from several angles. He then crutches to the treatment room.

When he comes out again, we see that there is a closed Fiber SLC hidden under the sock that he is no longer wearing.

He crutches to the cast area, sits down in the waiting area there and leaves the hospital with a fresh cast a few minutes later.
