This man is waiting in a wheelchair outside the cast room with his lower leg in a cast.
He appears to have undergone surgery on his Achilles tendon, as his foot was immobilized in an equinus position, and his toes still show traces of disinfectant, resting on a sturdy toe plate.
A few moments later, he is called into the cast room and later emerges with a new cast. This time it is a closed fiber SLC, also in a hyperextended position, but without a toe plate.
