Bitcoin Portfolio Tracker Pro
Bitcoin Portfolio Tracker Pro — Google Sheets Template
Bitcoin Portfolio Tracker Pro is a Google Sheets template built for long-term Bitcoin holders who want a clearer way to track their Bitcoin portfolio without connecting a wallet, exchange account, seed phrase, or API keys.
It is a manual tracking spreadsheet designed to help you record Bitcoin purchases, track your total invested, calculate your average buy price, monitor your current Bitcoin stack value, model future scenarios, and keep better records in one place.
Start simple, then use the Pro tools when you want more detail.
What’s included
Dashboard
View a clear summary of your Bitcoin portfolio, including total currency invested, total BTC amount, average buy price, current BTC value, unrealised gain/loss, projected annual DCA, loan snapshot, and projection estimates.
Inputs tab
Update the key assumptions used throughout the tracker, including current Bitcoin price, weekly DCA amount, starting date, loan interest rate, LVR settings, projection assumptions, and Bitcoin price scenario settings.
The tracker also includes a live BTC price reference section for USD, AUD, EUR, NZD, GBP, and CAD. Live prices are for reference only and may be delayed or unavailable.
Bitcoin Purchase Log
Record your Bitcoin purchases manually, including date, transaction type, fiat invested, BTC amount, BTC price, fees, exchange, and notes.
The log calculates running BTC amount and running cost base automatically.
DCA Stack Generator
The DCA Stack Generator helps create multiple weekly DCA rows at once.
Choose a start date, number of weeks, DCA amount, fee, currency, and exchange. The generator creates weekly purchase rows that can be copied into the Bitcoin Purchase Log using Paste special → Values only.
BTC prices are loaded as reference prices where available, but users should enter the actual BTC amount from their exchange record to keep their portfolio accurate.
This feature is designed to make regular DCA tracking faster without needing scripts, wallet connections, exchange connections, or API setup.
Loan LVR Calculator
Model Bitcoin-backed loan assumptions, including BTC collateral amount, loan amount, interest rate, collateral value, current LVR, estimated interest costs, and stress-test scenarios.
LVR stands for loan-to-value ratio. It compares the loan amount to the value of the Bitcoin used as collateral.
This section is for modelling and risk awareness only. It does not recommend borrowing.
Bitcoin Price Scenario Planner
Test different Bitcoin price scenarios and see how your BTC value, gain/loss, and loan LVR could change if Bitcoin moves up or down.
Scenario percentages can be edited from the Inputs tab.
Projection Estimator
Estimate a possible future Bitcoin stack value using your current BTC value, weekly DCA amount, projection years, and assumed annual BTC return.
This is only a projection. Bitcoin returns are volatile and not guaranteed.
Tax Log
Use the Tax Log to keep simple transaction notes for accountant review, tax software, or your own records.
This is not tax software and does not replace professional tax advice.
Planned future update
An Alternative Assets tab is planned for a future update.
This tab is intended to help users track assets outside of Bitcoin, such as cash, shares, gold, property, or other long-term holdings, alongside their Bitcoin portfolio.
It will not be there to recommend any asset. It will simply be a tool for tracking and organising broader portfolio values more clearly.
