1) Chinatown Field Trip Project Choice Board (Written Project):
Students will create a product of their choice to showcase their field trip experience to the community. This project is perfect after a Chinatown field trip or similar field trips when students visit a Chinese restaurant. Students Five suggested Field Trip options were given to help unleash student creativity.
2) Intermediate Level Writing Rubric:
This rubric includes the following categories: Content Development, Language Control, Organization & Text Type, Vocabulary, Character & Mechanics. A word and pdf version are available for use.
3) Oral Presentation:
Students will research common Chinese hotpot ingredients and describe the ingredients, flavors, looks of the food and talk about their preferences.
