3rd and Long - 1960s NFL Season Bundle

Ten seasons. The league grows from twelve teams to sixteen, and Lombardi takes it over.

The 1960s NFL is Green Bay and everybody trying to stop them. Five titles in seven years, the Ice Bowl, and the first two Super Bowls. Around them the league expands, Dallas arrive and become a genuine power, and it closes with Baltimore and Minnesota running into the AFL and losing. Ten seasons, all playable.

Note: these are the NFL seasons only. The AFL ran in parallel from 1960 to 1969 and is not included in this bundle.

This bundle includes 10 complete 3rd and Long ratings packs:

1960 - Philadelphia beat Green Bay. The only playoff game Lombardi ever lost.

1961 - The Packers answer with 37-0 over the Giants.

1962 - Green Bay go 13-1 and top both ratings. Back-to-back.

1963 - Chicago's defense wins it. The Bears edge the Giants 14-10.

1964 - Cleveland shut out the 12-2 Colts 27-0. Nobody saw it coming.

1965 - Green Bay take it back from the Browns in the mud.

1966 - The Packers win the NFL, then Super Bowl I.

1967 - The Ice Bowl at Lambeau, then Super Bowl II. Lombardi's last.

1968 - Baltimore go 13-1, then lose Super Bowl III to Namath and the Jets.

1969 - Minnesota go 12-2 and top both ratings. Kansas City beat them in Super Bowl IV.

Every season includes:

All team ratings - Offense & Defense on a 0-20 scale, calibrated against real points-for and points-against data from that season Season cover page with the year's headline stories Ratings CSV, for anyone who wants them in a spreadsheet or an app

Included once, and they work for every season:

Modifier lookup - every offense-versus-defense combination worked out in advance, home on one page, away on the other. No arithmetic at the table. Scoring charts - regular time and overtime, with a written outcome for every band, from a historic shutout to four touchdowns and counting Game playsheet to record your results

One set of rules covers every season - no separate purchase needed.

These are ratings packs. There are no printed schedules: most people replaying a season want to get straight to rolling, run their own bracket, or set up the matchups that interest them. If you want the real fixtures, the free Schedule Printer (inclued) will lay one out for you.

What you need: Two d100 dice (or a d10 pair as percentile dice) and a pencil.

Ten seasons of football. One bundle. Roll the whole decade.
