Grief Workbook for Kids 7-12 - Sibling Grief Worksheets for Loss & Bereavement. Children's Grief Journal and Activities. Parent Guide
Heart to Heart
Helping siblings ages 7–12 grieve.
A gentle guide for parents, with pages for your child. 15 pages.
NEW: FILLABLE PDF. Type right on your tablet or laptop, from your favorite spot. No printing needed. The fillable file is US Letter; the printable US Letter and A4 pages with writing lines are still included.
You are grieving your child while trying to help another one through the hardest thing they have ever faced. You won't always know what to say, and that's okay. School-age kids don't need perfect words. They need honesty, time with you, and permission to feel whatever they feel. Showing up is enough.
A kid-friendly introduction before every page for your child, explaining in simple words why the page helps, with the research noted for grown-ups.

A NOTE FROM ME
Hi, I'm Niki. I made these pages after losing my daughter, Harper. I'm not a therapist. I'm a mom who has walked this road, read everything I could find, and leads The Ugly Cry Club, a group for grieving mothers. I'm also a certified grief educator. Every page is written the way I wish someone had spoken to me: gently, honestly, and without a timeline.
Real tears. Real love.
