Inclusive Education Coaching

Inclusion coaching for educators who are done waiting for the system to change.

Why I do this work

I started my career in 2013 as a general education teacher in a full inclusion classroom, co-teaching alongside a special education teacher. That first year changed everything for me. I watched what happened when students with IEPs weren't pulled out, weren't separated, weren't treated as someone else's responsibility — but were actually full members of the classroom community. They learned. They belonged. And the other students learned alongside them in ways no curriculum could manufacture.

I've spent every year since trying to make that the norm instead of the exception.

I'm now a mild/moderate education specialist and case manager at a charter school in California. I deliver IEP services in general education classrooms — not as a compromise or a workaround, but as the core of how I believe special education should work. I sit in the IEP meetings. I co-teach with my colleagues. I navigate the compliance pieces. I do this work every single week.

I started coaching because too many educators have told me the same thing: *I believe in inclusion, but I don't know how to actually do it at my site.* The values are there. The systems aren't.

That's the gap I help educators close.

If you're trying to move your practice, your caseload, or your school toward authentic inclusion — and you're tired of advice that doesn't fit your real context — you're in the right place..

Strategy Session for one specific problem

$150
**1:1 Inclusion Coaching — Single Session**

A dedicated hour with someone who's been in your shoes.

I'm a special education specialist who's spent over a decade pushing inclusive practice forward — co-teaching, IEP services in gen-ed, building belonging for students who've been pulled out for too long. This session is for the educator who's tired of generic advice and wants to talk through something real.

**Bring me anything:**
- A student you can't figure out
- A co-teaching partnership that's stuck
- An IEP meeting you're dreading
- A pull-out model you want to dismantle
- A leadership conversation you need to prepare for

**You'll leave with:**
- Honest perspective from someone who does this work daily
- A short list of next steps that fit your actual context
- A follow-up recap so nothing gets lost

Good for: classroom teachers, case managers, specialists, and school leaders who want a real conversation, not a webinar.

Coaching Package

$650
**1:1 Inclusion Coaching — 3-Session Package**

A six-week coaching relationship with someone who actually does this work.

I'm a special education specialist who's spent over a decade making inclusion happen in real classrooms — co-teaching with gen-ed colleagues, delivering IEP services in general education, building belonging for students who've spent too long in pull-out settings. This package is for the educator who wants more than a one-time call. You want a thought partner.

**Over our three sessions, we'll:**
- Get clear on what you're actually trying to change (and why it matters)
- Work through the specifics: students, schedules, systems, people
- Test your plan in real life and adjust based on what you learn
- Build your confidence to advocate for inclusive practice with your team

**Who this is for:**
- Gen-ed teachers who want co-teaching to actually work
- Case managers rethinking how services get delivered
- Specialists pushing back against pull-out as the default
- Admins or TOSAs leading an inclusion shift at their site

**You'll get:**
- Three 60-minute Zoom sessions over 4–6 weeks
- A pre-package intake call structure so we don't waste time getting started
- Notes and next steps after every session
- Email access between sessions — bring me your hard moments in real time
- Curated resources tailored to your situation

This is the package I wish I'd had access to when I was figuring this out on my own.
