Hi, I'm Mackenzie 

I'm a special education specialist and case manager with over a decade of classroom experience advancing inclusive education — one classroom at a time.

I started my career as a general education teacher in a full inclusion co-taught classroom, and that experience shaped everything that came after. Today, I work as a mild/moderate education specialist supporting students with IEPs within general education classrooms, because I believe belonging isn't a privilege earned — it's a right. Every student deserves to be a full member of their classroom community.

Through my Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube social media pages (@inclusiveeducationspecialist), TPT store, and online courses, I share the tools, systems, and strategies I use every day to make inclusion actually work — from co-teaching frameworks and IEP documentation tools to behavior support strategies and data tracking systems.
