Leading Through Change
Leading Through Change

Change doesn't fail at the announcement. It fails in the months after.
Leading Through Change is a 22-page practical guide for leaders who have to take their people through a reorganization, a new strategy, a merger, or any shift that asks people to let go of what they know. Written from years of experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer, it shows how to lead the human side of change, not just the plan.
The guide covers six areas: leading yourself first, explaining the change, communicating clearly, guiding people through the transition, keeping your team aligned, and reinforcing new ways of working. It includes a readiness assessment, a communication planner, team discussion guides, and a 90-day transition plan. It draws on William Bridges' distinction between change and transition.
