Avrum Coaching LLC helps leaders and their teams go from busy to aligned. We work with executives, senior managers and emerging leaders who want to think more strategically, lead with purpose and turn vision into action.

Our coaching is practical and built around each client. We focus on the areas that matter most to how a leader performs: clarity, strategic thinking, influence, handling complexity, constructive conflict, trust and accountability. Through honest conversation and real-world application, clients build skills they can use right away and keep using over time.

We offer three ways to work together:

• Executive Clarity Session: One focused 90-minute session to identify key leadership obstacles, reframe them strategically and leave with an action plan you can use right away.
• Executive Coaching: 7–12 sessions for leaders who want time to explore several topics in depth, see how their challenges connect and build clarity and practical next steps over time.
• Strategic Leadership Program: A six-week program with weekly coaching, stakeholder alignment workshops and progress tracking to build lasting leadership skills.
