12 Week Plus Size Bootcamp

Are you looking for a workout program that is plus size friendly? One that you can actually do? There are so many programs out there that say they are for beginners of all shapes and sizes but they're not really. The exercises are often high impact or too complicated. 

So I decided to design something much more plus size beginner friendly. In this download you will receive 36 progressive workouts to complete over a period of 12 weeks.

You will also receive:

  • explanations for how to do the workouts
  • pictures and/or descriptions of how to perform the exercises
  • access to a private Facebook group to document your journey from weeks 1 to 12 and ask for help with modifications or how to do things

All these workouts are ones you can do in the privacy of your own home. There are a couple of things you will need to help add variety to your workouts. 

  • Medicine ball - around 3kg for beginners is probably ideal, you can pick one up at Kmart for $20
  • A step - it doesn't have to be a gym step, any step in your house or yard will do
  • A Tabata timer app on your smartphone - you can use a regular stopwatch or clock on the wall if necessary but an app will make it much easier. You can get one in the App Store for free. Means less thinking :)
  • A deck of cards app on your smartphone - these cost a couple of dollars normally. If you'd prefer not to get one, a standard deck of playing cards is also fine :)
