How Is This Program Different?
There's so much information out there about sleep that it can be overwhelming knowing where to start. I wanted to create a program that was comprehensive, unique, easy to follow, down to earth and a bit fun, and had several interactive activities to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.
Who Am I?
I'm Sheri Six and I’ve been an EFT practitioner in Madison, Wisconsin since 2021, supporting clients in calming their minds, regulating their nervous systems, releasing emotional baggage from the past and creating a deeper sense of ease in their bodies.
Using a blend of EFT Tapping and other gentle mind-body techniques, I help you release stress and settle into a state where sleep can come more naturally.
My work is grounded, supportive, and focused on what truly helps you feel safe enough to rest.
