Designed as a self-paced course for ministries and organizational leaders, this training equips you to provide meaningful guidance in the midst of a re-entry season. In today's complex world, the re-entry stage of the Global Worker's journey is frequently overlooked, leaving individuals to face unique challenges, seek understanding, and yearn for a sense of belonging as they transition back to their home culture.

Our purpose is to bridge this gap and arm you with the tools and knowledge to make a profound impact during this crucial period.

To join this facilitator training, first please complete the free digital course, "Navigating the Three Season of Re-entry" . You can join here! This course will help you understand the basics of the re-entry journey.

Once certified, you can use this material in either groups of 6 to 8 participants, which allows for meaningful discussions and shared insights. Or for one-on-one support.

You are not on this facilitator training journey alone. Re-entry Experts will convene quarterly meetings and retreats to keep you updated ongoing resources and information in the developing field of re-entry.
