CVC Reading books for Older Children

CVC graded reading books for older pupils who are confident at blending CVC words and can cope with more writing on a page, but have maybe not yet learnt to read fluently at this level. These may well be older pupils of 8 +.

As with our Basic set of CVC reading books, these CVC books for older pupils use only decodable words, and the sight words a, is, the, and of. They aim to build fluency by repeating words again and again.
