Download Basket for WooCommerce — Purchased Files to ZIP

Let signed-in WooCommerce customers choose purchased files across their orders and download one ZIP.

Download Basket adds a separate selection below My Account > Downloads. Existing individual links remain available. Useful when a customer needs several eligible local files from different purchases.

Included:

• Up to 20 selected files and 25 MiB of source bytes per ZIP.

• Native owner, paid-order, refund, expiry, revocation and remaining-download checks.

• One native download count and log entry per selected file after the batch is accepted.

• A temporary ZIP outside WordPress/content/uploads web folders, removed at the end of the request.

• Distinct ZIP entry names when source filenames repeat.

• English/French interface and installation instructions.

Scope: static downloadable simple products and variations with readable regular files inside this site's uploads. Up to 50 permission rows per selection page; orders up to 100 items. File types and approved directories must pass WooCommerce validation. One invalid file refuses the entire selection.

Requires WordPress 7.0+, WooCommerce 11.0+, PHP 8.1+ with ZipArchive, sufficient memory, private writable system temporary storage and native InnoDB download-permission/log tables. Unknown custom delivery handlers or incompatible storage make the ZIP feature unavailable. Custom payment, membership, watermark and DRM integrations are not certified.

Not included: guest ZIPs, remote/CDN/signed files, generated files, large-media streaming or range/resume. Generated Card Downloads files keep their normal individual links and cannot be included. No access grants, automatic repairs, customer emails or archive library.

A committed request consumes a count even if a browser transfer is interrupted. Host/process crashes can prevent request-end cleanup; normal system temporary-file housekeeping still applies. Existing source-file protection remains the store's responsibility; this is not DRM. Native local logs may contain customer ID and IP according to native filters.

Early test release 0.1.0. Test on staging with fictional orders and validate your actual hosting/theme/payment integrations before real sales. Installable ZIP, GPL licence and EN/FR documentation included. Trusted manual ZIP updates; no external account, telemetry, licence server or automatic-update service.

Un client connecté sélectionne les fichiers admissibles de ses commandes payées dans Mon compte > Téléchargements et reçoit un ZIP temporaire unique. Les liens individuels restent disponibles.

Jusqu’à 20 fichiers, 25 Mio au total, 50 autorisations par page et 100 lignes par commande. Fichiers statiques locaux de produits simples ou variations uniquement. Les droits, remboursements, expirations, révocations et compteurs natifs sont vérifiés. Une requête validée consomme un téléchargement par fichier ; une interruption du transfert ne rétablit pas ces compteurs.

Prérequis : WordPress 7.0+, WooCommerce 11.0+, PHP 8.1+ avec ZipArchive, mémoire suffisante, répertoire temporaire privé et tables natives InnoDB. Sans ZIP invité, fichier distant/CDN/signé/généré ou reprise de transfert. Les intégrations personnalisées de livraison, paiement, abonnement, filigrane et DRM ne sont pas certifiées. Aucun envoi d’e-mail ni nouvelle autorisation.

Version de test 0.1.0 à vérifier sur une préproduction. Interface, documentation française et licence GPL incluses. Mises à jour manuelles par ZIP fiable, sans service externe. Les commandes et fichiers du visuel sont fictifs.
