ChoicePath helps a person and their chosen supporters organise a decision in clear words, pictures and questions. It keeps the person’s voice at the centre without recommending an option.

For people who benefit from simpler information, family carers, independent support workers and small providers.

What you can do

• Compare two to four options, with your own pictures and editable order.

• Use decision cards, large text, high contrast and optional browser read-aloud.

• Get plain-language editing prompts and customise a glossary.

• Print or export an A4 decision PDF and a separate decision record.

• Save locally, download JSON backups, restore and delete your records.

What you receive

An instant PDF access guide plus a ZIP containing an HTML quick start, full user guide, FAQ, privacy information, disclaimer, purchase terms and fictional examples. The guide opens the full ChoicePath v1 web app. No separate app account or licence key is needed.

One-off introductory price: A$9.95. For personal, family or internal business use on your own devices. This version supports up to 1000 decisions, subject to device storage. No subscription is required.

Before you buy

Use current Chrome, Edge or Safari on a phone, tablet or computer. Connect once to load the app, then test reopening offline. Installation is optional. There is no cloud sync or team workspace. Browser storage can be cleared, so download regular backups. Hosting is not guaranteed for life. PDFs are not tagged accessible PDFs; the app and HTML guide provide structured text.

The app does not upload your records or pictures. Local storage and exports are not encrypted. Optional speech may use your browser’s voice service. Use a local voice for sensitive information. Payhip handles purchase information separately.

Clear limits

ChoicePath does not make decisions for a person, determine capacity, establish legal consent, certify Easy Read, provide legal or clinical advice, or guarantee compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. Tailor decisions and communication supports to the individual. No NDIS approval or endorsement is claimed.

Common questions

Does it choose for someone? No. It presents the information you enter.

Can we leave a decision unfinished? Yes. Save it and return when the person is ready.

Can I move to another device? Yes, by exporting and restoring a JSON backup. Restore replaces the destination workspace; it does not merge or sync.
