I'm Danielle from Betty Independent Group. I'm passionate about creating systems, templates and apps that make everyday life easier, clearer, more accessible and more enjoyable.

The ideas behind our tools come from my own experience in caring and supporting roles, and from listening to other people. I focus on the everyday things that can feel difficult or frustrating, and on finding practical ways to make them work better for the people involved.

Choice and control are especially important to me. People with disability should have ways to express their preferences that suit how they communicate. That means thinking beyond written instructions and making room for pictures, audio and different ways of choosing.

Our starting point is a real situation and the people in it. From there, we build useful tools that can be adapted to everyday life.
