Meal Board brings a familiar photo menu, weekly choices and a combined ingredient list together. Use it with a family member, friend or someone you support—or for your own meals.

Start with the six included meal ideas. Keep a few, change them to suit, and add your own favourites gradually. Plan one day or a whole week, repeat a favourite and leave days open.

For the person choosing:

• Look at meal pictures and short descriptions.

• Tap Listen to hear the words, with Stop whenever you want.

• Pick a day, choose dinner and change your mind later.

For the person cooking:

• Add your own photos, recipes, cooking steps and portions.

• Offer recipe groups separately or together, including meals that share ingredients.

• See the chosen week, open cooking instructions and listen to the saved steps.

• View a combined shopping list calculated from the days and portions chosen.

Blue Kitchen is the default design, with other looks available. No extra recipe pack is needed to start.

What you get: a ZIP download containing Meal Board, a short start guide, blank and worked-example boards, sample plan/list files and use terms. No subscription or Meal Board account is required.

Before you buy:

• Intended for a Windows desktop or laptop using Chrome or Edge. Phone, tablet and other browser support is not offered in this edition.

• Audio uses a compatible installed local device voice. Voices and sound quality vary; pictures and text remain available without audio. Nothing reads automatically.

• One current week is kept at a time. Save backups to keep your board and past plans. There is no cloud sync or automatic sharing between devices.

• Included meals are editable inspiration, not kitchen-tested recipes. Sample pictures are AI-generated meal illustrations. Check recipes, food requirements, pantry stock and shopping amounts yourself.

The licence covers your household or your own support work. You can share completed boards, plans and lists with the person choosing and people directly helping them. It does not grant organisation-wide distribution or app resale rights.
