Check your wedding guest list before sending it to the venue.

Guest List Check helps you review the guest list and table assignments you have already prepared, then create two handover lists: alphabetical and by table.

Enter guests directly or use the supplied CSV template. Add your table names and capacities, review the flagged issues and make your corrections before exporting.

• Confirmed guests without a table.

• Pending or declined guests who still have a table assigned.

• Repeated guest IDs, missing names or RSVP statuses, and unknown tables.

• Tables exceeding the capacity you entered.

• Matching names with different IDs, flagged for your review without merging anyone.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Guest List Check v1.0: a ZIP containing the browser tool, index.html, and a short START-HERE.txt guide. Fictional examples and a downloadable CSV template are included inside the tool.

Export confirmed guests as alphabetical and table-order CSV files, or use your browser’s Print / Save as PDF option.

DEVICE AND FILE REQUIREMENTS

Designed for desktop Google Chrome on Windows. Downloaded-file opening and sample PDF output have been checked on this setup. Other browsers and mobile devices have not been verified.

CSV imports require these exact columns, in this order:

id,name,rsvp,table,meal,notes

Excel files and arbitrary spreadsheet layouts are not accepted. Limits: 1,000 guests and 200 tables.

SAVE YOUR WORK MANUALLY

Download a JSON backup and confirm it saved before closing or refreshing. Reopen that backup to continue. There is no automatic saving, cloud sync or shared editing.

You choose the seats and check the final handover. The tool does not collect RSVPs, create floor plans, detect omitted guests or interpret meal requests and notes.

PERSONAL-EVENT LICENCE

Use the tool for your own personal events and keep backup copies. A helper may use your copy solely to help with your event. Share exported lists with your venue, caterer and event helpers. Use as part of a paid event-planning service, resale, public distribution of the tool’s files and inclusion in another product for sale are not permitted.

Support does not include custom seating plans or urgent wedding-day assistance.

REFUNDS AND YOUR RIGHTS

If the download is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation. These terms do not limit Australian Consumer Law rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Downloading the file does not remove those rights.

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel. Check the description and device requirements before purchasing.
