Stand and Be Free
Stand and Be Free is a collection of snapshots, expressed in Poetry, of my life at particular points in time It is written and shared to give voice to the unspoken, to encourage and challenge to hope…to dream.
The poems are not about a woman’s issues but of human issues and cuts across gender, age, ethnicity, culture and religion. In spite of our differences in these areas we are brought together by these shared experiences which are thrust upon us or which we choose for ourselves.
Stand and Be Free is a beacon/light which reminds or tells us that despite the challenges and hardships we encounter, there is hope
