Why Neurodivergent Coaching?

Neurodivergent individuals make up 15 to 20% of the population, meaning roughly 1 in 7 to 1 in 5 people worldwide have brains that function differently from standard "neurotypical" norms.

People who are neurodivergent often experience unique emotional and behavioral symptoms, but some common indicators include:

  • Difficulty with social interactions
  • Clumsiness/poor coordination
  • Heightened stress & anxiety
  • Repetitive behaviors or routines
  • Difficulty with focusing or staying still
  • Sensitivity to light, sound, touch and smells

Diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD); Learning Disabilities like dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia & dysgraphia; and other neurological conditions like Tourette Syndrome, sensory processing issues and OCD fall under the neurodivergent category.

Neurodivergent individuals face unique challenges in major life areas such as education, careers and social engagement. These challenges often create significant and on-going stress, heightened anxiety, fatigue, social isolation, stigma, lack of understanding, difficulty with relationships, depression & more.

The RE-WIRE™ program recognizes the unique struggles and needs of those who deal with the daily stressors of neurodivergence and empowers and equips them with effective emotional regulation tools to successfully manage these challenges with confidence & resilience!
