Our Gentle and Strong Foundations classes are designed to help you prepare for the physical demands of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

It is suitable for anyone who has been given the ‘all clear’ to exercise by their OBGYN. Once you've received this, you can join us at any stage of your pregnancy, and continue attending classes until you give birth (if that feels right for you).
No previous exercise/gym experience is necessary!

Our Gentle and Strong Foundations classes are designed to help you heal postpartum while building strength and confidence in your body and movement while you navigate the physical demands of parenting during this period.
This is ideal for those seeking to:
Our Gentle Foundations class is suitable for you to join as early as 2 weeks postpartum (natural birth and 3 weeks postpartum for C-section birth) as our focus is on core connection and gentle stretching to ease your return to movement (in life and in the gym).
Our Strong Foundations classes are suitable for anyone who has been given the ‘all clear’ to exercise by their OBGYN at their postpartum check-up (typically 4-6 weeks for an uncomplicated vaginal delivery and 6+ weeks for a C-Section).
No previous exercise/gym experience is necessary!

While we cannot provide you with a medical certificate, we can send you a detailed list of the contents of this service and provide you with an invoice/receipt. If you need a medical certificate, let us know and this can be arranged for an additional fee with our partner physiotherapy center.
Please be aware that our classes are aimed at people through mixed stages of life (pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopausal, and menopausal) so there will be different people in attendance but you all have the same goals; to be empowered, informed, strong, and fit for lifes challenges.
From the first class you attend, you have 16 weeks to use all 10 passes. NO extensions unless giving birth or a medical certificate is provided.
