This is an actual A3, which was approved by Senior Management at a multinational, Fortune 1,000 company. The A3 details the unnecessary cost of applying over restrictive hardware policies, as well as the accompanying analysis, countermeasures and follow up that successfully addressed the problem.

This is a great example of using A3 Thinking to challenge prior "solutions" from inadequate problem solving.
