P L U M E is A simple lace top down crescent shawl knit up in thick fluffy single ply yarn to warm up the sharp edges of the colder spring days. A quick satisfying knit as the days get longer and warmer.

Yarn:
3 skeins of Hinterland Yarn’s Watershed base in colourway “Ash” or approximately 450 yards (411 metres) of Super Bulky weight yarn.
Needles:
9mm (US 13) circular needles in at least a 24” (60cm) cord. Or whatever size needles it takes you to get gauge.
Notions:
2 stitch markers. Whichever tools you prefer to weave in ends, and whichever tools you prefer to block your shawls.
Gauge:
7 stitches and 13 rows = 4” (10cm) square knit flat in pattern and blocked.
Size:
80” (203cm) measured along the wingspan. 23” (58cm) measured down the deepest part of the crescent.
