This item is made with a photo image of a beloved pet. The photo is sublimated and the personalisation, text and pawprints are done with heat transfer vinyl.

Personalisation Process:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email requesting four high-quality photos. These will be edited, and you’ll receive the edited versions to choose your preferred option. Your chosen photo will then be drafted with your personalisation for proofreading.

Once you have approved the final design, no refunds will be issued for any errors, so please check carefully before confirming.
