This is your perfect pattern, and it works up quick too with an 8 mm (L) hook, 3-4 skeins of your favorite #5 Bulky/Chunky or #6 Super Bulky/Chunky yarn, and Boye 7582 Jumbo Stitch Markers (or similar small interlocking stitch markers) to help sturdy up the starting chain.
It's also easy to add yarn, as you see our tester Ismelda of Adlemsi_fiberarts did.
For those of you who want another great Empower People-style scarf option, this is it, as we saw with Kikelomo who also didn't let not having Bulky/Chunky yarn keep her from making it, as she chose to do it holding together two strands.
