Made & Margin – Personalised Product Pricing and Order App
Price the work. Check the details. Make with a plan.
Made & Margin brings custom-order costing, customer specifications and production records into one interactive browser app. It is built for small makers who personalise mugs, T-shirts, gifts and other repeatable products, as well as artists taking custom commissions. It is a digital download, not a spreadsheet or physical kit.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Build a batch price from the materials, design and making time, machine use, packaging, delivery and selling fees you enter.
• Save reusable product recipes and a fixed cost snapshot with each customer quote.
• Record the proof version, approver, date and spelling, design and quantity checks before production.
• Move jobs through a production rail, review combined materials needs, and record payments and dispatch details.
• Print a customer quote or internal job sheet. Export order CSV and JSON backups.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
One self-contained Made & Margin HTML app, a START-HERE guide, licence and version notes in a ZIP. Extract the ZIP and open the app file in a current desktop browser. A separate fictional demo lets you explore before entering your own details. No Excel, account or subscription is required for core use.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The app is for one business, uses GBP and stores records locally in your browser profile. Export backups regularly. Records and backups are not encrypted. You maintain costs, fees and stock figures yourself. The app does not fetch live supplier prices, deduct stock, send proofs, collect signatures or payments, connect to marketplaces, calculate VAT or file accounts. Supplier links open only when you choose to visit them. Check your figures and customer specifications before quoting or making.
LICENCE & TRANSPARENCY
The licence allows one purchaser to use the app internally for one business and share documents generated from their own information. The app files may not be redistributed or resold. AI tools assisted development and imagery alongside SheetSmithery design and curation. Sample business details are fictional.
