Before you pour out in ministry, be poured into.

The Well is a monthly spiritual reset for women who minister through worship, dance, flags, mime, and movement — so you can begin each month in God’s presence, clear in your spirit, and strengthened for your assignment.

Live monthly gathering • Replay included • $15/month • Cancel anytime

You are the one who shows up for everybody and everything.

The one who prepares.

The one who ministers.

The one others depend on to carry the atmosphere, lead with excellence, and stay spiritually ready.

But too often, the woman who pours out in worship is running on empty herself.

You are called.

But you are also human.

And starting another month already depleted is not the standard God has for you.

When your month starts in reaction, everything feels heavier.

You enter already committed.

Already needed.

Already responding.

Already carrying what should have been surrendered in prayer.

And when that becomes normal, you can stay active in ministry while quietly drifting from the place that keeps you full

What shifts when you begin at The Well?

✔️You start from presence, not pressure.

✔️You hear God before you hear everybody else.

✔️You gain clarity on what is yours to carry — and what is not.

✔️You lead from overflow, not exhaustion.

✔️You stop entering the month spiritually behind.

Led by Minister Patricia Dyer

For over 20 years, Patricia has led women in worship and ministered in spaces nationally and internationally through Breakthrough Flags Ministries.

She knows what it means to carry both spiritual responsibility and personal devotion.

The Well was created for women who faithfully pour out in ministry but need a sacred space to be refreshed, re-centered, and filled again before the demands of the month take over.

What happens inside The Well

The Well gives women in ministry a clear way to start each month with God, stay encouraged through the month, and keep growing without feeling like they have to carry everything alone.

You’ll experience:

The Gathering

A live monthly prayer and worship experience on the first Thursday of the month to help you begin with God before the month begins pulling on you.

The Monthly Word

At the start of each month, you’ll receive a focused word and prompt to help you hear what God is saying and walk through the month with intention.

Mid-Month Community Check-Ins

Simple check-ins during the month help you pause, stay grounded, and remain connected to what God is doing in your life.

Chat with Pat

A live teaching and Q&A with Minister Patricia where she pours into the group and answers real questions around the month’s topic.

End-of-Month Reflections

At the close of each month, you’ll reflect on what God showed you, how you grew, and what you want to carry into the next month.

Ongoing Sisterhood + Connection

Inside The Well, you’ll be surrounded by women in ministry who understand your journey and can encourage you as you grow.

This is your place to be poured into, strengthened, and reminded that you do not have to do this month alone.
