5. Your total cost will be drafted once the request is fully brief
6. A 50% down payment is required before the job is started
7. The down payment is non refundable once design has started
8. Your design will begin immediately after your down payment is completed
9. You will be given 3 watermark reviews before the final product is emailed to you
10. Reviews will be sent via WhatsApp for faster communication purposes
11. The remaining 50% of your payment is required before the finished project is released via email
12. Please allow 3 to 10 business days to finalize your project/s which will depend on peak requests
