21-MINUTE DISTANCE REIKI RESET - Quick nervous system + Energy recalibration

This is a short, focused session for when your system feels overloaded, scattered, or simply off-center.

No deep emotional digging.

No processing required.

Just a reset.

You don't need to be "on" or do anything. Just be comfortable. The Reiki meets you there.

WHAT THIS SESSION SUPPORTS:

• Mental quiet, not forced just space between thoughts

• Emotional regulation without having to "work" on emotions

• Energetic grounding, returning to your body

• Re-centering and natural clarity

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Brief energetic reflection sent after the session

DURING YOUR SESSION:

At your booked time, I will connect with you energetically and hold space for your 21-minute reset.

Google Meet (Optional, for shared presence)

A link to a quiet Google Meet room will be in your calendar invitation.

• If you'd like to join: Simply click the link. Keep your camera and microphone off. Rest. Soft ambient music may play in the background.

• If you prefer silence: You don't need to join at all. The session proceeds exactly the same. Just be comfortable wherever you are.

Your only "task" is to be in a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Lying down is ideal. Sitting works too. No focus required.

HOW IT WORKS:

• You'll be redirected to my booking page to choose a time (auto time-zone friendly)

• You'll receive a calendar invite with the session link and a short intake form

CANCELLATION & SESSION POLICY:



• Reschedule up to 6 hours before your session via the confirmation email

• Because this is distance Reiki, the session will be held at the booked time regardless of whether you join the optional Google Meet

• If you experience tech issues with the Google Meet link, let me know we can adjust or proceed as planned without the callThis session supports your body and energy field in returning to balance in a grounded, natural way.
