Humans are terrified of sharks, which is funny considering we kill roughly 100 million of them annually, while they kill maybe ten of us. Circle Back doesn't waste time explaining the math. He just radios coordinates to strike teams, marks another fishing vessel on his patrol grid, and circles back around. From above, you can see everything. From below, you never see him coming.
