Ready for the next step?

This class gently builds on the movements you've already learned in Classes 1 and 2. You'll revisit familiar exercises with small progressions and be introduced to one new movement, helping you continue to build strength, mobility and confidence.

The focus is still on moving with control and at your own pace, while adding just enough challenge to help you progress without feeling overwhelmed.


In this class you'll:

✔ Build on the foundations from Classes 1 and 2

✔ Learn gentle progressions of familiar exercises

✔ Improve strength, mobility and body awareness

✔ Continue building confidence through movement

This class is ideal if you've completed Classes 1 and 2 and feel ready to take the next step in your Pilates journey.
