"You know intuitively you are not the world. In the same way, in truth, you know intuitively you are not the body, you are not the mind. Through ignorance, we have associated this 'I' sense with the body and the mind, the body-mind. But through being still, we come to 'see'. It's not seeing with the eyes. It's not visual seeing. We come to know."
