Dhylles Victoria - Workshop Facilitator & Speaker

Helping People Learn, Reflect, and Grow

For more than 15 years, I've been creating workshops that invite people into meaningful conversations with themselves and each other.

I don't believe people need another presentation filled with information they won't remember. I believe they need experiences that help them pause, reflect, ask better questions, and leave with something they can actually use in their everyday lives.

Over the years, I've facilitated workshops for nonprofit organizations, schools, correctional facilities, community organizations, conferences, and businesses. Every audience is different, but my intention is always the same—to create a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and inspired enough to take their next step.

Whether I'm guiding an expressive writing experience, leading a discussion, or speaking to a room full of strangers, I want people to leave feeling like they discovered something about themselves they didn't know before.

Because the best workshops don't just teach you something.

They help you remember something about yourself.

Where My Work Has Taken Me

  • 15+ years of helping people reconnect with themselves through meaningful conversations and interactive workshops.
  • 75+ expressive writing experiences, workshops, and presentations facilitated in person and online.
  • 100+ speaking engagements where I've encouraged audiences to reflect, grow, and take their next step.

I've had the privilege of leading workshops and speaking in New York, Washington, DC, Boston, Savannah, Wilmington, NC, and virtually with audiences around the country.

I've partnered with nonprofits, schools, community organizations, correctional facilities, conferences, and businesses to create experiences that people don't just attend—they remember.

Speaking Experience

For more than 15 years, I've had the opportunity to speak with audiences across the country, leading conversations about healing, resilience, confidence, leadership, personal growth, and the power of owning your story.

Whether I'm delivering a keynote, facilitating a workshop, or joining a panel discussion, my goal is always the same—to create a conversation that people carry with them long after the event is over.

Every audience has its own story, and that's what I love most about this work.

My role isn't just to stand on a stage and speak—it's to create a space where people feel seen, challenged, encouraged, and inspired to take their next step.

My Facilitation Style

I don't believe the best workshops happen when one person does all the talking.

I believe they happen when people feel safe enough to pause, reflect, ask honest questions, and share their experiences without fear of judgment.

My role isn't to tell people what to think or how to live.

It's to create an environment where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they uncover their own insights.

Every workshop I facilitate is interactive, reflective, and rooted in meaningful conversation. Whether we're exploring expressive writing, leadership, communication, resilience, or personal growth, I invite participants to engage with the material—not just listen to it.

Participants can expect:

  • Interactive discussions instead of one-way presentations.
  • Guided expressive writing and reflective activities.
  • Practical tools they can apply long after the workshop ends.
  • A welcoming space where every voice matters.
  • Opportunities to connect, participate, and learn from one another.
  • An experience that encourages both personal and professional growth.

I believe some of life's biggest breakthroughs begin with one honest question.

Sometimes all we need is the space to ask it.

That's the space I strive to create every time I facilitate a workshop.

My Approach

Every workshop I lead is built around five simple values:

  • Connection – People learn best when they feel seen, heard, and valued.
  • Reflection – Lasting growth begins when we slow down and become curious about ourselves.
  • Participation – I believe workshops should be conversations, not lectures.
  • Practical Application – Participants leave with ideas and tools they can use in their everyday lives.
  • Transformation – My hope is that every person leaves knowing a little more about themselves than when they walked in.

"I don't just facilitate workshops. I create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, discover new possibilities, and leave with something that stays with them long after the conversation ends."
