Nico in the OR

Nico is experiencing severe stomach pain, so he decides to visit the doctor. After a checkup and an ultrasound, the doctor diagnoses him with appendicitis and says he needs immediate surgery.

In the operating room, Nico flatlines twice and must be resuscitated by the doctor, so the procedure is postponed until he stabilizes
