The Order of the Sphinx was founded by Isis, she used this order to further teach everything she had already been teaching before and during the time of Lemuria and Atlantis.
The Order of the Sphinx is and has been all about ascension like many of the other mystery schools. It is the path of becoming an Isis priest or priestess and from there you go into the ascension teachings.
It is one of the paths towards ascension that can be taken by itself or combined with other teachings if you choose to do so.
