Expertise into Income is an intimate 4-week coaching container for women who are done watching their knowledge benefit everyone around them except themselves. Five spots. Real coaching. One clear offer you're ready to sell — by the end of Week 4.

Expertise into Income is a 4-week virtual group coaching container for five women. We start from where you are right now — skilled, experienced, and unclear on how to package and sell it — and we end with a defined offer, a brand presence, and the confidence to have real sales conversations.
The container is small on purpose. Five women means you actually get coached, not just watched from the back of a virtual room. You will be seen, challenged, and supported every step of the way.
There is no fluff here. No modules collecting digital dust. No theory that leaves you feeling busy but stuck.
Just the framework, the coaching, and the accountability to move.
We start by pulling out what you already have. You will identify your zone of genius, get crystal clear on who you serve and what they are willing to pay for, and make the identity shift from employee to entrepreneur. Most women realize in this week alone that they have been undervaluing themselves for years.
Next, we build it. We will name your offer, price it, position it, and write the promise behind it. The goal of Week 2 is to leave with a real offer — not an idea you have been sitting on.
Week 3 is about showing up. You will establish your brand voice, choose the platform where your ideal client lives, and create content that attracts without overwhelming you. You will also learn how to talk about your offer without feeling salesy or desperate.
The final week is all about the sale. We walk through the sales conversation framework, address the objections you have been dreading, and get you into real conversations with potential clients before this container ends.
Each call opens with a focused teaching session on that week's framework phase — no filler, just what you need to take action that week
This is where the real work happens. You bring your questions, your sticking points, and your work-in-progress. You will be coached live and watch others get coached too. Both are valuable.
Every call ends with a clear commitment. You leave knowing exactly what your one action is before the next session.

Leslie Langley is a business strategist, coach, and speaker with over 14 years of experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and consulting — including corporate stints at T-Mobile and Progressive Insurance. She founded The Hope Dealer to give women what she had to figure out the hard way: a clear path from what they know to how they get paid for it.
She is also a podcast host, workshop facilitator, and women's self-defense instructor who believes the most powerful thing a woman can do is take her expertise seriously.
When she is not in the coaching room, she is building her own digital agency and doing all of it as a stay-at-home mom. She knows what it looks like to build on a limited schedule with high standards — and she will not let you settle for less than you are capable of.
The first group call is on 06/02/2026. All calls are held on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM.
All calls are recorded and delivered to the group after each session. You will not fall behind.
Yes. This container was designed for women who are at the very beginning — before the business exists, before the LLC, before the website. We build the foundation together. The only thing you need to bring is the expertise you already have.
Zoom. You will receive the link and calendar invite before each session.
One group call per week (60 to 75 minutes) plus time to complete your weekly action. Plan for 2 to 3 hours of focused work per week between sessions.
Yes. A 2-pay option of $200 is available at checkout. Both payments are processed through Stripe.
