Sister, How Are You?

Whitney Ford is a 22 year old woman from Huntsville, Alabama living with Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele. Through out her life she has had many traumatic emotional, and physical experiences and has always turned to God 2nd poetry to cope. AS the primary author of "Sister , How Are you?", a collection of sisterly love, faith and promotions of women's mental health and why there is a need for it, Whitney is literally calling women to action. The action is to love one another and use the fact that we all regardless of background, ethnicity, and development relate in some way and to start with asking themselves and other women " Sister, How Are you?"
