This was filmed in 2011 and starts with a 5 minute demonstration by Ellington lake, followed by 30 minutes of 10 Tai Chi exercises with instruction on some of the general concepts of practise. Then Amanda is completing Part 1 of the Yang Style Long Form while explaining each step, as in class, to enable you to copy along. Total time is 45 minutes. This is done 3 times in total. For more in depth instruction, please see my Beginners Lessons 1-8 tutorial. PLEASE NOTE: If you are coming to regular classes, Part 1 of the Long Form being taught in class is now Yang Lu Chan's Origional Form and so there are a few differences. (Mainly that there are extra moves that had been ommitted in the Form I first learned). HOWEVER, THIS TUTORIAL IS STILL A GREAT WAY TO GET TO GRIPS WITH SOME OF THE MOVES WHEN YOU ARE STARTING OUT ON YOUR TAI CHI JOURNEY!
