5 Element Qigong

This was filmed my me a few years ago to give students something short and easy to copy and to learn some movements with breathing. Qigong, pronounced 'chi gong' is where one gains energy in the mind and body by unifying movement, breath and the essence of an image or the actual place out in nature.
