QUEST DIFFERENCES

ONLY has physbones in -- long hair, arm chains, halo, tail. All toggles, (besides emissions/hue shifts) still work however textures have been lowered. Materials are obviously changed to work for quest, if it does not, check if the scene has been properly opened.
