Detailed Terms of Service & Definitions.

No leaking any asset, avatar or world.

Leaking is another term for publicizing assets, which in most cases you may not do. This includes, making an avatar you bought public after uploading, or sending the files in a public chat / to your friends. Uploading any of my avatars as a 'Public' avatar in-game is strictly prohibited.

Do not rip.

If you are found to be in a server for ripping you may be banned without warning. Ripping is when you steal an avatars files off of a store or user using either a client or website. 

Warning.

You must put your correct Email, VRchat account, and Discord username in the appropriate boxes. Failure to do so may get you permanently banned from the server and from buying or even accessing the download for the avatar. You have been warned.

Editing.

You are allowed to edit my assets and avatars, as long as you make sure every other rule is accounted for. I allow commissions for the editing of my avatars, however both the client and the provider must own the avatar and any additional addons to the avatar, otherwise it is considered leaking.

NSFW content.

Do not use my avatars for NSFW content or edit my avatars for these purposes. If a toggle shows the avatar exposed, it is only there for customization purposes or limitations within the creation of it, you are not meant to wear the avatar with minimal clothing.

Use of my products for monetary gain.

If planning to make commission using my avatar, you must contact me with the specific use case (for example, merchandise with said avatar, using the avatar as a significant brand icon, creating fan media featuring said avatar, or simply including the avatar within media.)

Please be careful when using my avatars in media. If the user does not contact me, I may without warning have the content taken down.

When it comes to assets, the prior clause is void. Assets are allowed to be used for all things stated as long as they are used on a full avatar with the proper licensing. Contact is not required unless stated otherwise within a specific products description. While this is true, make sure to follow all asset rules. Any rule that does not specify it is speaking about assets or avatars alone should be considered to speak for both.

Redistribution.

Do not redistribute my avatars and assets. Even if edited heavily it is my own creation, using assets I have the rights for. While you are allowed to sell an avatar of your own creation that includes the use of individual assets I have for sale, redistributing the assets alone is prohibited.

Off platform usage.

Use of my assets off platform (VRchat) is allowed, however it must not be sold as a standalone product as previously stated. Specific usages (like my assets being used in a game or other large scope project) requires direct contact via Discord.

Use of my avatars on services besides VRchat requires direct contact. Considering specifics within assets used for my avatars creation and what the platform offers.

Chargebacks

If you chargeback after making a purchase, this is considered stealing. There are no refunds due to the nature of these purchases. If you download a file there is no way to know if you've deleted it or not. Therefore every purchase is final. However if you encounter an issue, I'd be happy to fix it.

No asset mining.

If you are caught doing this, you will be banned, buy assets from the creators. Asset mining is the use of assets from avatars. Whether you use these assets in private or public, it is still not allowed. You must own the assets you use for other avatars, even if you own the avatar you've taken from. 

Do not claim any asset that you did not make as your own.

This rule is self explanatory, do not claim ownership of my creations. This includes avatars, assets, and words.

Always credit me when using my assets.

With my Discord and a link to my Payhip or just my Payhip.

Do not join the server just to get server exclusives/join giveaways only to leave after.

If you do this you may be banned from using my shop and server, it is considered suspicious and while not a large concern, the risk remains and this is a warning.
