In this course you will develop knowledge and understanding of stress and the strategies used to manage stress for yourself and to help your clients. With plenty of worksheets and examples to use in your treatment sessions.
This course will help you to gain the suitable knowledge required to provide professional advice, and information to clients in a compassionate and confidential manner. It will not qualify you to diagnose client’s issues.
