Whole food eating, quality foods, chewing to a paste... these are the distinctions that helped me to put many of my illnesses and autoimmune diseases into remission. There is no one diet for all. This cookbook contains my story from illness to wellness, and then loads of recipes, carnivore, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free... there is something for everyone.
Also, my grandmother was an incredible Middle Eastern cook... I learned from her and improvised with some of her recipes, to make them my own. You will find these in here as well.
