I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Teacher's College, Columbia University and a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's Immersion Program in advanced business, health coaching and personal transformation coaching methods.
With Master’s studies in Oriental Medicine from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, Calif.; combined with holistic health training, and extensive personal experience, I enjoy inspiring whole life health by bridging the body, mind and spirit. I am a member of the AADP, American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the IAHC, the International Association for Health Coaches.
