I created the personalized program option because I felt this was missing from the fitness space. This is perfect for someone who does not need a coach to check in with weekly, but is still interested in a program catered directly to their goals.

  • Programming Call: we will meet on a call to discuss the framework of your program in more detail to ensure it aligns with your goals and you feel confident prior to starting.

What is the difference between the services you offer?


1:1 COACHING

  • Catered Toward: beginners or anyone restarting their fitness journeys, anyone with specific strength goals, anyone who needs weekly accountability, anyone who needs help with progressive overload.


  • What's Provided: weekly contact with me, weekly program updates with weight selections, call check-ins by appointment, intra-week messaging for support and form videos.


*since more is provided and we are in contact weekly, this is a more expensive option than personalized programs.



PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS

  • Catered Toward: any fitness or experience level since this program is made with your level, life, and equipment considered. I see the most success with this program option for people who have lifted before and don't need extra assistance with weight selection, form, or accountability.


  • What's Provided: a call or screen recording discussing the framework of your program, a personalized training program based on your application, and supplemental documents covering supplements, nutrition, and more.


*since this is a program catered to you and we hop on a call to discuss it, the cost is greater than a pre-made guide but less than 1:1 coaching.



GUIDES

  • Catered Toward: anyone who is looking for a structured program to follow. Ensure to check the fitness level and equipment requirements noted in the specific guide description.


  • What's Provided: a PDF guide with pages focused on gym and nutrition education, form videos and descriptions, and optional supplemental documents such as habit trackers and pages for reflection.


*this is my most affordable program option because it is not personalized to you specifically.


Why do we have a call and how do we schedule it?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there. On this call we will discuss the framework of your program, go over how to navigate it, and ensure it is suitable to your routine. I do these calls to ensure you feel good about your program rather than just sending it with no extra information from you.


Do you do personalized program renewals?

I offer program renewals at a discounted rate once we have met and worked together before! Once you are finishing up your program, feel free to email me and we can coordinate to get your next program squared away at 25% off!
