Gadhu Tee

This product is a pattern for a Tunisian crochet top.

Gadhu means ‘rough sea’ in the Dharawal language. Dharawal is the language spoken by the traditional Indigenous owners of the land upon which I live. I pay my respects to their elders: past, present and emerging.

This tank top is made entirely in a Tunisian crochet wave pattern. You can make your wave all in one colour, in colour blocks or alternated (A & B stripes) to achieve different effects. My main sample is made striped in two colours.

Ease is planned to be approx. 10cm/4in on the widest torso measurement (normally bust or hips).

Skein Sisters Fabulous Sock, fingering weight (100g/400m, 75% superwash merino/25% nylon). 

Colour A: Deep Teal. Colour B: Just Beach 

Use any yarn you are able to achieve gauge with. Cotton yarns will probably require a smaller hook.
