Red Rocks is a 30 minute immersive guided journey that leads you into a quiet desert landscape, where firelight, open sky, and your own imagination create space for something unexpected to emerge.

There is nothing you need to figure out before you begin and no particular experience you're supposed to have. Your journey may bring an image, a feeling, a message, a memory, a sense of connection, or simply the experience of going somewhere within yourself you don't normally visit.

Using guided hypnosis, imagery, and suggestion, Red Rocks invites you to quiet the thinking mind, follow what unfolds, and discover what may be waiting for you there.
