The Temple of Ezekiel is real and physical
1. Each verse from Chapter 40 to 48 about the description of the Temple may be represented with construction drawings, plans and images. The specifications of the rituals lead us to understand that this is a physical Temple.

2. For every building, such as the atria, the Temple, the Holy of Holies קֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים, the scripture offers exact measurements. If the Temple was surreal or only imaginary, there would be no need to provide any exact indication of as many measurements. If this was the case, then why would our Creator Eternal consider it necessary to describe the Temple to Ezekiel providing such exact, precise and complete measurements?

3. Yechezkel - Ezekiel: 43:20.

And you shall take of its blood and place it on its four horns and on the four corners of the upper edge and to the border around, and you shall purify it and make it fit for atonement.

The priests are told to cleanse and purify the temple. Can we with our human nature cleanse a heavenly temple?

4. Yechezkel - Ezekiel: 42:14.

“When the priests arrive, they shall not go out of the Holy to the Outer Court, and there they shall leave their garments in which they minister, for they are holy, but they shall don other garments and they will approach those of the people.”

The Levites change their garments before entering or leaving the Temple. This is a very real and physical action that requires a physical place.
5. There are rooms for the temple keepers, a courtyard for the gentiles, dining rooms for the visitors, and there is an exact description of the equipment that will serve to attend the visitor who arrives at the temple. That is, all things have their place and physical function.

6. Yechezkel - Ezekiel: 43:2.

“And behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east, and its sound was like the sound of abundant waters, and the earth shone from His glory.”

The Glory of the Lord descended upon this place. Conclusion: the Lord shall descend on this particular physical place.

7. There is plenty of equipment and furniture specifically destined to animal sacrifices, such as tables, pilasters with hooks and other utensils, which can only make us reason that this is a material, physical temple; the animals are physical too.

8. Finally, each verse coincides and matches with the previous verse and with the next, all parts correctly correspond with each other. There is no allusion to any another building other than the temple itself. Being able to represent the temple on a plane, is also a fact that makes it possible viable to build it.

There exist many more reasons to deduce and conclude that this great temple will be real, physically present here on earth. There is also knowledge regarding its location, the sharing of portions of land, and many more signs to indicate that humanity shall make manifest an actual material construction of the Holy Temple.
